ACTION MANAGEMENT SERVICE Strives for excellence and continuous improvement in so doing its policy to formulate ‘Quality Management Systems’ specifically aimed at each business partner’s unique requirements rather than via a generic approach. Various initiatives, in conjunction with our business partners’ are currently used and these range from ‘Core Competencies’ modules including identified effective areas, standards required, standards achieved and corrective action to ‘Mystery Guest auditing whereby independent consultants audit and submit score cards.

The company also utilizes a customer satisfaction questionnaire to determine service standards which complements existing service level agreements used by business partners; this is focused on direct service delivery by personnel on the ground management and supervisors.

RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION

Educational requirements

Minimum matric or higher education Client specific training provided.

Discipline

Disciplinary codes formulated by Labour Relations Consultants / coincide with latest LRA.

Selection Criteria

Preference given to previous industry experience and reside within service area

  2. Satisfactory communication skills in English
  3. South African citizen with valid Identity Document

Training & Development

Management and supervisors will re-emphasize existing procedures and introduce new concepts which are conveyed through continuous on job training.
To ensure that this training is achieving the desired level of progress, each member is required to complete a ‘Site Knowledge test monthly. If the required set standard is not achieved the member has one opportunity to re-write and thereafter is removed from site to ensure that corrective action does not impact on the business unit.
